Concierge medicine, also known as membership medicine or subscription medicine, is a relationship between a patient and a physician in which the patient pays an annual membership fee or retainer.
After paying the membership fee, are there still office visit charges?
Yes. Physician visits, tests and studies will be billed through a patient’s insurance. Deductibles and co-payments are still the responsibility of the patient.
Will I have access to my medical records?
For the most part yes. Through our Modernizing Medicine electronic medical record and Klara patient engagement platform, you will have access to parts of the medical record.
How will I be able to reach my doctor?
